there's really nothing YOU can do to stop it. but there is something a doctor can do. The best thing for you to do would be to go to a doctor right away. If your heart beat is irregular it could be a sign of a serious problem. You need to go to the doctor before you have a heart attack or something. It could be related to the vomiting, but it might not be. Either way, you really should stop because it can cause serious problems. talk to your doctor about it and be completely honest. If you want to lose weight, your doctor can help you find a diet thats better than puking.

There are a few things you could do. But you definitely need to see a doctor. A doctor is the only one who can treat you medically. You can change your lifestyle. Start eating healthy, drink plenty of water and exercise. Self induced vomiting does put strain on the heart. It could also dehydrate you, constipate you, rot your teeth, ruin your esophagus and totally ruin your digestive tract. People have actually died from Bulimia. I know it's not easy. But you have to take it one step at a time. A doctor might even put you on anti - depressants. Good luck.

You are slowly killing yourself.....and you are bulimic. When a person vomits to control their weight once a day or once a month they have an eating disorder. Go on-line to find out more about this problem and then go to your doctor and be 100% honest so you can get help before it's too late.
I agree with Lunny2006 about W.W. I just recently lost 17lbs. and it's not as hard as I thought it would be. Give it a try.

I agree with some of the other answers...You are definitely bulimic. You may not agree b/c you consider yourself to be "overweight", but bulimics are not necessarily stick thing. I suggest you seek a doctor immediately. Do NOT be ashamed. This is your life we are talking about and you need to get help now because I think your heart is starting to give up after 5 years of this. Please get help.

could be strain on your heart, could be anxiety...if your afraid or worried...you heart will beat funny, and you will feel weired..an anxiety attack can last form minutes to days..there is also a possibility you've done some damage to your body...honestly your best bet is to get to a doctor or hospital asap..and just get a check up..better safe then sorry.

Bulimia, which it sounds like you have, can have some very scary side effects including heart problems...you should talk to you doctor honestly about what you are doing and experiencing.
