Too early to say they're falling apart, but their level of competition hasn't been this good all year.

There is Nothing wrong with The Tigers. Nothing.
Dude, relax. Baseball is a marathon season.
Every team goes through a slump at some point in the season.
No need to panic, The Tigers will still win The Central Division.
It's funny how the white sox have beaten The Tigers 9 of 12 so far, but yet are still 5 and a half games behind them.
What does that say about the white sox? It tells me that The Tigers are that good, or the white sox are really that bad.

Are you a bandwagon fan? I am not saying you are but I know everytime a team starts winning you start to notice a lot of bandwagon fans who may be from the area, but in previous years never payed any attention to them. You do know that last year the White Sox had a five game losing streak right? I still can't remember the last undefeated MLB team. Do not panic yet. If they go on a tear of 4-15 then you can say they are falling apart, but until then just enjoy the great season.

Fear not... they will re-group. Dropping 5 in a row sucks, but they're still sitting pretty good. A couple bad errors, bad pitches and there goes the game.. I don't think it means they're falling a part... it's a test for sure. They still got Red Sox, Indians, Whities again, and Yanks to face this month.. hopefully they split or take the series with all three..
GO TIGERS!!!

Any time you play a 162-game schedule, you're going to have streaks of winning and losing games. Baseball isn't totally random, but streaks usually are, so there's nothing that says they're going to continue their streak.
The 1998 Yankees, who won 114 games, had a 4-game losing streak, as well as one where they lost 5 of 6, and on more than one occasion they lost 3 out of 4 games in a stretch.
It's pointless to get too excited or worried over a 5-6 game streak, whether it's winning or losing. Season-long patterns are a much better predictor of success than a hot or cold streak.

They are just in a slump. All good teams have their good times and their bad times. Everybody has a slump.
Look at my Blue Jays, they just recently had their own seven game losing streak and then they went on to win six out of their next seven games.
