Disney Channel, because it, unlike other channels, doesn't have inapropriate content. I also like most of the shows.

WCIU Chicago.
Plays all the good shows, Becker, King of Queens, Bernie Mac, Judge Mathis, People's Court, and lots more. I could watch it all day long.
And you can watch it whether you have cable or not.

It would be Lifetime, they have the best syndicated shows such as Golden Girls, Friaser, and Will and Grace.Eventually all the good shows end up on lifetime such as Desperate Housewives

That's pretty much all one can do, with out cable or satelite service. But if I couldn't watch UPN, or Hallmark, I wouldn't watch tv.
