delete a question for this -yahoo anwsers?

delets a question form here? and i looked for the little pencil icon but it wasnt there?

Click on your name in yahoo answers. It will bring you to a page that lists all the questions you've asked, and all the answers you've given.
Click on the question that you want to delete. It will take you to the page for that question. Underneath the question are a bunch of symbols (for example, the thumbs up and thumbs down where others can rate your question). Click on the symbol that is a pencil. Options then pop up, for example you can add a detail to your question if you werent specific enough. Well, one of the options is to delete the question, so click on that.

PS - I went back and looked at the questions I posted. If your question is "resolved" meaning a best answer has been chosen I think you cant change it!
But if its a current question there should be six symbols right below where it says "you cant answer your own question". They are: thumbs up, thumbs down, flag, envelope, plus sign, and pencil. You should see it there and if you dont I'm really sorry - something is messed up!!!

Go back into your question and the option to delete is in the list of editing features.

go back to ur home page select the question and delete it . good luck

you can only delete an open question or an answer you gave to it.

If it's your own question,I believe you can click on edit and delete it.
