Are you having herbal tea or black tea? If you are having black tea, it contains caffeine, which does tend to keep you up at night. Most herbal teas do not contain caffeine and are fine to drink before bed.

Tea contains theophylline and bound caffeine (sometimes called "theine"), although there are also decaffeinated teas. If your body is sensitive (mine is), you should drink the decaffeinated teas.
