Well, it's a little known fact that cow's get their calcium from human milk. It's a cycle thats been going on for centuries, and farmers are too scared to break it, thus rendering milk useless.

While we tend to associate dietary calcium with diary products it is found in many other foods including plants. Cows obtain their calcium from grass hay which has approximately 0.4% calcium. Other plants such as alfalfa have approximately 1.5%. This calcium is aborbed by the plant from the soil.

wow their all wrong. milk naturally has very little of the vitamins that you see on the nutrition facts. including low calcium and no vitamin D. Instead we fortify it by mixing in vitamins so that its more healthy for people.
