Generally people ask questions in search of knowledge. The questions you're talking about are not about the search for anything. They are about spewing hate, over the top rhetoric, and intentional misinformation.

They want to state or frame an issue in their partisan, narrow-minded way. Then pick the answer that bests fits their agenda. It's all about creating your own reality, creating a reality that the party wants.

Generally they aren't questions, they are rants and or attempts to gain "converts".
