here is what a mag i have says, get up ten minutes earielr to grab a good breakfastshe sould have some eggs,orange and whole wheat toast with butter ot cheese.
a.m. snack 5 oreos, even tho, a bagel or peanuts may sound better, they will just be more calories, that don't tide you over.
lunch take a sandwich with turkey on whole wheat bread with lettuce tomato and light mayo, she may not like tomatoes or lettuce, but at least introudce it to her, carrot sticks, apples, and 2 SMALL oatmeal cookies.
p.m. snack, don't always give her the bowl of icecream but on occasion, and when she wants a snack, try apples dipped in carmel
dinner something home cookedd,little fast food.
evening snack tortilia with cheese
please realize that this is on a possiible teenage scale, it may not be tow eggs for her, so, i ju7st thoght that i would tell you a full days meals

maybe a salad, or carrot sticks if needed/wanted.
