dear m'lady,

on every CD-rom drive there's a small pin hole in the front of each drive. poke a sturdy hair pin there and hold your CD drive's face towards the floor so it falls effortlessly out and you get your CD that is stuck.

kind regards,
ben

There should be a little hole on the CD. Get a paper clip or something and jam it in there (Ted Stryker). This will open the CD tray.

There should be a little pin hole in the front of your CD-ROM drive. You might be able to get it to pop open by sticking a paper clip in that hole.

Take a paper clip and bend it so that the point sticks out. there should be a little hold that you can poke with the paper clip or other narrow sharp object and open the drive

There should be a small hole in the drive that you can put a paper clip into and it should open.
But if it's really old this may not work
