Well you mentioned the areas you are proficient and $30K = $2,500.00 a month ... which, at an hourly rate, equals = 15.62/hr. So that's a beginning. Go to Monster.com and do a job search for the positions you mentioned and the city/state you want to work.
That should get things started for you ... and please know the figures I quoted are for a full time position. If you only want to work part time then you'll need to find two jobs working 20 hrs at the same hourly rate.
