What do I do, my ex owes me about $300 and he still has a bunch of my furniture and DVDs? We were together for a long time but we have been broken up for over a year. I want my stuff back. He transferred the cable service that was in my name to his new address. I have since disconnected it but now the balance is in my name. We also had a credit card that has a $3000 balance. Should I ask him to help pay for that? So far I'm the only one making payments. What should I do? Should I sue him or not? Does your ex owe you money? And if so, how much?

Anyway, I guess you could sue him if you honestly think you could win AND it's worth it. Remember even if he wins the case someone will still have to enforce him to pay you your money. By the time all of that's over with + court costs....well you get my point.
Yeah my ex owes me abot $3000. He's married now so I don't think I'm going to be getting it. But what I did get was a lesson. Never again.

Yes, he owes me about 7 yrs of back child support. I don't care if our daughter is 35 with children of her own, I am going to get my money! I'll spend it on the grandkids or my retirement if I have to.
