No, she's alive.
I did a google news seach and there's nothing current about her dying in the last day or two... first link

The correct answer is that she's still alive and doing fundraising for diabetes research, along with speeches and personal appearances...plus occasional TV guest spots when she feels like it. Rumors are she's looking at scripts for TV movies and a possible TV series deal sometime in the near future.

She's alive and well and looking pretty foxy for a 70 year old lady.

Alive- she does have diabetes but has for a while. she still looks great and did an Dick Van Dyke reunion that was really good.

she died in 1985 and they sent her body to disneyland to be stuffed and put robotic parts in her. she was then polished up and sent back to hollywood where she did more movies and some tv. she is one of disneys greatest works to date and they still have her ticking. they think she may last for about another fifty years.
