I have both romance and gore for you
28 days later, hey I'm not kidding you. Consider the facts
The fabulous Amelie from Montmartre.
I'm a Kevin Spacey fan in movies such as K-PAX. I've read the book too.

You should try Something New. Its a romantic comedy about a strong career centered African American woman who falls in love with her white landscaper (much to the horror of her friends and family, and even herself). Its a really good movie.

Try "Shaun of the Dead" -- it's billed as "A Romantic Comedy...with Zombies"!
But seriously, it really works on the level of a romantic comedy about a guy having trouble getting serious about his relationship with his girlfriend; and has the added bonus of taking place while London is being ravaged by flesh-eating corpses....

Dead End is good, gory, scary, but also humorous. Loved The Wedding Date, oh yeah Danny Deckchair is good, my husband liked it.
