Mumbai is huge darling!!, depends on where you live.
There are a couple of good malls like Inorbit, Atria, etc. The price depends on the brand, like Levis and Wrangler...the best jeans for indian women is Spykar, they are made to suit the Asian-Indian body. they come in all types, colors and shapes.
Shoe shopping is best at Linking Road, Bandra and Kemps Corner(junction of Peddar Rd and Bhulabhai Desai rd or better known as Breach Candy road) Inexpensive tailors are a dime and dozen all over

Bandra linking road.......or go to Ulhas Nagar Wholesale place for Jeans. Its far away only if you go by train otherwise not worth it.
