My boss told me that Iam a perfectionist and I got raised form that. But some people hated me for my being perfectionist is it bad to be always perfect?

To strive for perfection is admirable. To realize one is not perfect is a virtue.

If co-workers or others have issues with your work ethic, then that is their loss.

It has been said that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. I think jealousy runs a close second.
