I have a Muslim friend and I have seen his "tool" and it doesn't look as though it has been "chopped" to me!

It's called 'circumcision' and it's done by Muslims and Jews. Christians are also doing it now because when done in infancy, it is virtually painless and has proven to have health benefits (penis will be less prone to infection) and sexual benefits.
