I fancy my best mate but he luvs this other guy. And im happy he is happy but at same time it hurts to see them together, also wos very upseting when i over heard them having sex! Im really head over heals for this guy and i feel torn. between wanting him to be happy and wanting him. and i know he would neva be happy with me if it did happen. i feel bad that i cant be selfless n that i cant be fully happy cos i want him n i want to be selfish. I just feel so torn!

You never said what your question was....was it what to do? Look, if you think you love someone, but they clearly love someone else....then the feelings you have are not mutual. Maybe you are infatuated and you just want them to be infatuated with you. Being in love is mutual, it's a mutual trust, respect, acceptance, and consideration. You can show love to someone this way....and it would mean accepting that he doesn't feel llike you do, that you accept how he does feel.
Be his friend, show him love, don't think you can make him feel anything more than what he does, or that you caould "tell him" or rather, dump your feelings on him and expect them to be returned.....he does not owe you anything.
Just be his friend and accpet him. When he moves on from this fling, , if not sooner, he will see your true feelings for him. He may miss the acceptance and appreciation you give him if he lacks that in his current relationship.
He will be happy with you if you are supportive with him and his choices.
This is a test of your true love for him, but realize that it doesn't mean you are IN love with him. Don't exclude all the other little hotties from your life.....you don't want to lose all the experience you will gain from them by letting them into your life. They are there to teach you more about yourself and what you really want and need from someone. (Chances are, what you want and need is NOT someone who is oblivious to what you want and need)....
Be graceful and kind, accepting, and most of all appreciative. Take the high road.....

I think you should just leave him alone. I know that it's hard because you have very strong feelings for him but you must respect the fact that he is with someone else. Just be his friend and be happy for him that he is happy with this other person. Your friendship is much more important than breaking up a happy relationship.

If you've known him for ages, longer than the guy he's with now then i think you should let him know how your feeling! You can only regret, but thats better than looking back and thinking what if! However, you shouldn't regret telling him as it's better to get it out in the open! Otherwise it's gonna eat you up inside! You never know they may feel the same ;-)

Just be friends and enjoy his company... and next time they have sex and you hear it, just go in and ask if you can join in... ;)
