Well, I work in furniture service. Are you trying to remove it from fabric or from wood? If it's wood, there probably isnt a way to remove it without damaging the surface or lacquer. If it's on fabric, we generally use Goo Gone, it works wonders!

Too much acetone will take the finish off of some wood furniture, creating a dull spot. It's fine for glass or true metals, though you should test first. You can carefully start with a razor and finish by rubbing with a cloth to remove most of the super glue, which is good enough in most situations. I've heard Goof-off can help, but I'm not sure if you can use that on delicate wood furniture either. If you're desperate, you can resort to refinishing the whole piece.

Acetone is the best way,,,blot it a couple of times to soften it before you wipe so you don't remove alot of the finish,,maybe even put tape around the area,,,if you have a woman in the house you can use her nail polish remover,,,its the same thing,,,,acetone

Try WD-40. It won't discolor the wood and may work.
