Deary me...don't tell me it's the age old dilema of falling for the wrong friend but not realising till it's too late.
No answer to this question is going to be easy someone is gonna get hurt and my guess is that'll be u.
Guys are very fickle and tend to only wanna date good girls not girls who are looking to hurt there best mate.
Girls should never come between mates, just imagine if ure b/f fancied ure best mate and he went off with her.......

The first thing you should do is make sure you really do like his friend more. You heard this a hundred times before. The crass aways looks greener on the other side of fence, until you actually jump over. Be honest with yourself, it's our animal instincts to want to explore. BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR, YOU MIGHT GET IT.

If you care for him at all then you don't tell him, but I would break up the relationship if he's not the one for you. By telling him you not only hurt him but possibly wreck his friendship too. What you are proposing is very selfish indeed and will not end well.

Sit him down and talk to him about it. Say that you like him, but you've liked his best friend for a long time, and that you dont think its working out. Of course he wil be crushed, but just be gentle.

basically tell her. be like DUDE. i think of ur bf is hitting on me, examine him out ok? my buddy's bf tolf me that he liked me, AND my buddy that he liked me, yet he didnt desire to interrupt up together with her. it replaced into akward.
