It may be possible to get some of the color out, and make it not as hard, but once it dries, it is pretty much going to stay there forever. There are some harsh stain removers that may take out some of it, but again, not all will come out and the remover my ruin your pants. Sorry!

you could try soaking it in nail polish remover, but then your pants would smell terrible!
i say go get some more polish and turn the jeans into a work of art.....

Its not going to come out, I would advise you not to use nail polish remover becuase that may burn your pants, it might cause a hole in them.

that could be cool! Just live with it for a bit and maybe rough up a patch near the spill. You could also outline a design to fit the spill

ive done the same thing before..... i wasnt able to take it out but i was able to play with it and decorate it as if i bought them that way......good luck
