tea tree oil. helps with circulation. rub it on the affected area. should be half gone by morning. cover rest with shirt or something.

For "really fast," you can only cover them up with: makeup that matches your skin or bandages that match your skin. Only time will really get rid of them.

You need to get a concealer (stick form is the best) that is closest to your skin tone IN THAT AREA! Make sure that it is blended well for a natural look.
