I am little self conscious with no shirt. what situations they do this? what sports?

for me it was basketball cause i played with all the guys down at the playground but of course whatever team i was on was always shirts that makes it easier to tell the teams apart

shirts vs. skins. recommend that one team will play with their shirts off and the different team with their shirts. to inform whos on ur team while not having to ask for the time of a recreation. its an rather fasmouse type of play

Typically Football. It allows a quarterback to distinguish his teammates when passing the ball. It serves the same purpose as matching team uniforms. No one cares... however the skins team has an advantage in tackle football.

They do this in basketball sometimes. This happens when they have no uniforms.
