Since you are a guy I'd suggest wear something tight to hold your balls in place. Wear either boxerbriefs or sport briefs and make sure you get the kinds with a wicking fabric to keep the sweat off your body and prevent you from having wet cotton on your as*s.

I wear a thong.
I think they stay put, a lot better than any other underwear. Plus then you don't have panty lines!

deinfinitely boxers, they are comfy & dont squish your package, they just let em hang and sway in the wind
