Then you are doing what you are supposed to. We are told not to let the terrorists win, but giving up rights for freedom? Ducking and covering everytime there is a threat (which oddly enough happens when Bush and Blair ratings are at their lowest), and not even looking further into what happens afterwards.

A second part of the question could be this: Are you even aware that EVERY threat has been bedunked or proven false since 9/11. Read the links from the source below. If you don't want to believe, thats fine. But if you choose to berate me - make sure you include a source that substantiates a threat announced by any government as having been legitimate.

That does not include the recent one (Britain lowered their warning, BTW) in London. They haven't finished 'investigating'.

Okay, my counter is ready for all the 'tin foil', 'marxist' and 'crazy' comments I'm about to get...lol

Just another terror plot I thought you should all be aware of - the gov't can't even substantiate their own FAKE claims.

'Bedunked' is the best made-up word I've ever seen :)

And no, your average person has about as much chance of getting struck by a meteor as they do of being a victim of a terrorist attack. Statistically speaking it should be way down on the list of things we worry about, it's all political theater.

I personally have beleived for quite some time now that the 9/11 was done and orcastated by our own country and goverment, i do have a few facts on the issue myself which leads me to believe the way I do......... And it is just a matter of time before we are in real trouble and have noone to thank but our countries leaders.

I am afraid of the government ripping civil liberties from me because of this "threat." 9/11 gave the government a blank check to spy on its citizens and this gives it even more leeway.

As an American, hell no, I'm not scared, I don['t think any of us are. I think most of us have built up some sort of immunity to terrorist threats- we hear about them, have political arguments and end up just saying, "***** 'em all!". No, we're not scared- how could we fear a group of people who are nothing but complete fatuous *******?

I am afraid of whinning liberals that try to keep us from protecting ourselves, but have no better plan to thwart
terrorism from the crazy extremists. Or dont you believe they
exist. Maybe God will protect us ? Maybe we should just lie
down and let them control the world.
