You are 6 months pregnant.
6 months= 24 wks
1 month= 4 wks

4 wks + 4 wks + 4 wks + 4 wks + 4 wks + 4 wks = 6 months (24 weeks)

Very simple, eh?

Good luck, and congratulations!

Pregnancy lasts 40 weeks, which is only 9 real months, so there are 4 and 4/9 weeks in a month. (or 40/9 weeks) So if you are 24 weeks, you divide by 40/9, or 24*9/40= 5.4 months pregnant. Other friends of mine just call the pregnancy 10 months long, using 4 week months, and then you would be 6 months pregnant out of 10. Hang in there, at least you are past the half-way point!

You are just starting your 6th month. People who are telling you that every month in pregnancy has months are wrong. There are some months in pregnancy that are 5 weeks long like the 2nd month, 4th month, and 5th month. Think about it...if you are pregnant for 40 weeks that equals 10 months not nine. Although you are pregnant for a full nine months. If every month had only four weeks you'd only be pregnant for 36 weeks and not 40 weeks.

6 months. Simple math. But if you want to be really exact, there are 4.33 weeks in a month. 24 divided by 4.33 is 5.54 which means you are a little more than 5 and a half months.

6. Generally women go by a four week month scheme. Therefore pregnancy last ten months or forty weeks. So you are six months pregnant. This is also why most women talk about weeks instead of months. It is more accurate and specific.
