I have it. I went to a DR that specializes in internal medicine. You will need to make sure you stretch everyday. Exercise is important as well.

Though a specialist doctor knowing general medicine can handle this case, I would sincerely suggest you to contact a Rheumatologist with the inputs from an orthopaedician !
Rheumatologists and orthopaedicians are available in all leading hospitals .

Eat/drink milk,pulses,beet root,fruits salad or juice,veg salad or soup,
Discontinue Liquor,Non Veg,Chillies,Sour,Cold drinks,Heavy undigestible food.
sometimes fasting is also important
