Please stop blabbering about things you have no idea. A little learning is a dangerous thing and commenting outrageously on the basis of that little learning can be really insensible.
Muslims do not believe that Mohammed (pbuh) will come back on earth - ever. He had had his life on this planet. Muslims rather believe Isa Messiah/ Jesus will come back on earth and get everything right. Thats what Christians believe too, right?
As for August 22 this year, Muslims observe Holy Shab - e - Miraj, the night they believe that Muhammed (pbuh) has visited Allah with his human body. This day is observed following the Arabic calender, and this year it has been 22 August - that is all with this date. The significance of this day will never reach your brain unless you know what Islam is all about and have any idea on what Quran is. No one expects you to understand what the day is about but a sensible behaviour is expected from all human beings - including you, i guess.
Please stop asking questions like this. i wonder from where you have got the idea that Muslims believe something "supernatural" is going to happen on that day.
why dont you stop asking questions or making comments on things that hurt the belief of a large number of people? May God bless you with some sense and wisdom ..

The so-called 12 Imam or something like that is suppose to come back from hiding out in the caves and take over the earth and I will agree with you that I think that there should be a supernatural nuclear attack on IRAN and Syria and Islam is declared null and void ASAP!!!!

Donna-
I will say that I have no problem with anyone believing and or worshiping anything they choose, it's when an extremist group of any organization (religion) seem to be the only voice of that organization (religion) and that extremist group uses their interpretation of said religion to justify violence, that's the problem people have with Islam. The fact that there has not been a wholesale, organized group effort by believers of Islam to make it very clear that they do not approve of these terrorist is disturbing.

Wow, you really have it very wrong. Unless you've studied Islam, stop slamming the Muslims. We can believe the same thing about Mohammad, the way you believe in whatever you choose. Until you read the Holy Quran, and believe in ALLAH, you'll never get it. ~
