Because you don't know how stupid Arab Muslims are. They will keep doing it until the rest of the world not just Israel and the US decide to stop them.

(I am Lebanese) Our real victory is that we are united more now.
in Hezbollah terms (they succeeded in forcing Israel to withdraw and they are still armed, so what did Israel achieve else than destorying Lebanon, nothing)

If the Lebanese refuse to police themselves of these animals, then they are just as guilty. Just as in Iraq, Afghanistan, Iran, Syria and etc.
