Hi there i am 5 ft 1 and any where in between the guides you have is suitable, but the thing is i always weighed 7st7 until i put on weight then i went up to 8st7 and was comfotable, but i now weigh 9st and i am not comfortable even though it says its in the healthy range. Me myself i think its you hight and shape. I know some people my height are skinny as a rake and others curvy. I am on the curvy side but no one is happy with what they have got so, all i say is between your bmi is your healthy range so just be happy with how you are.

I would say 9 stone, I am 5 foot and I am overweight,
I would feel 9 stone would be an ideal weight for me.
I only need to lose 5 stone to get to my ideal weight. (ouch)
I would be happy in a size 12 - 14 so would probably be happy whatever my weight is when I get down the clothes size I want.

I also think it depends on the person you have to be happy with yourself and appearance.
It is not always a good idea to go with the charts.

If you are young, then under 9st is a good rule - depends on your build... but though its unfair, you will need 5/6ths of the amount of food a 6 foot woman needs!! Being small is lovely if you are slim, but small dumpy women cant find anything to wear outside of M & S. I expect you have to do a lot of running to keep the men at Bay so, no problems for you...!!

i dunno probably anywhere between 90 and 120 lbs would be concidered healthy for you. but you have to realize that nobody or chart can tell you exactly how much you should weigh it depends on your body type. for example im about the same height as you are and im very active so i have a fare amount of muscle therefore i weigh a little more, probably around 118. as long as you are healthy and getting exercise then it shouldnt matter what you weigh.
