Does somebody know how can i check ownership or anything about the owner or car with just the car licence plate number?? any web page? or phone number 800 to call????

You used to be able to find out at the DMV.... but not after that actress was murdered by a stalker who got her address through her plates.

You can sheck accident history and ownership names, but legally that is about it
