The only major problem could be, if at all happens, of sea sickness. You can have preventive and corrective measures to counter this problem.

The preventive measures could be:

- Eat less than your appetite, no matter you can eat 5-6 times or more in a day but each time not stomach full.

- Don't take a lot of liquids or water alongwith solid/semi solid diet. If thirsty, either drink 15-20 minutes before meals or 30 minutes after finishing the meal.

- Eat whatever is of your liking during sailing but less of fats and oils.

- Use lemon or oranges with their fibre contents.

Corrective measures:

- Keep pills handy in case the situation deteriorates.

- Breathe deep, in and out, frequently for some time if you start feeling uneasy.

- Try diverting your attention to some discussions or elsewhere soothing.
