This is more than one question! And just one of them will take an hour to mull over before one can answer with any kind of thoughtful intelligence. But this is answers and I will do my moral promised duty when I clicked answer this question and do as my parents taught me to do. Keep my promises. My parents always taught me to foll ow the laws of the land because they were made up by people who were the best moral character, decided by others who voted on their own learned morality taught to them by their parents. Does this answer the question for you? I hope I have helped you.

Morality exists in varying degress in most people (sociopaths are questionable :). It's source is the individual person, who is influenced by their family, their surroundings, and their individual personality. I think it is relative in everyone. It is up to the individual person to decide for themselves if morality exists, and what their morals are. Morality should influence our laws to the extent that all people should be treated fairly and equally.
