Anytime that semen enters the vagina, pregnancy is a possibility, even if it doesn't come directly from vaginal intercourse. That is why you should always use some sort of protection when having sex in any form if you are not planning to get pregnant.

Birth control pills can't prevent disease, and since it sounds like you're having unprotected sex, you may have more to worry about than possibly getting pregnant.

But yes, any day, hour, minute, second of your life from the moment you have your first period to you start menopause, there's a chance you could get pregnant (if you're not already) from semen entering the vagina.

Most women ovulate 12-16 days before their period, or roughly mid-cycle. You can get pregnant in the days leading up to and including ovulation, but not for more than a day or so after. So, no, the day before your period actually comes, you cannot have gotten pregnant. The problem is that many factors like stress or illness can delay your ovulation and delayed ovulation means a delayed period, but you wouldn't know that had happened until your period fails to show up the next day. Without knowing that you ovulated late, you could unknowingly be timing sex to coincide with ovulation and could get pregnant. With younger women (like teens) your cycles are frequently unpredictable so you're running a risk of getting pregnant ANY time you have unprotected sex, not to mention the possibility of STDs. If you're going to have sex, practice birth control and disease prevention responsibly.

You can become pregnant at anytime of the month. Sometimes a girl ovulates late, or early so its always a risk at any time. Just because your breasts hurt does not mean you are pregnant but it could be a sign. How late is your period? Take a home pregnancy test if you are at least 2 weeks late... If you are not late, just wait and see and next time use a condom so you don't have play the worry game.

Yes it is possible, however the average woman is more fertile for a window of 72 hours around the 14th day after the the first day of the cycle. Chances are you are not pregnant but get the test anyway if you do not get your next cycle. Be careful.

Yes, it's possible. I got pregnant just 2 days before my period was due. Our bodies aren't as regular or predictable as a machine, so it's always possible. There aren't any 'safe' days really.

Yes! If he ejaculates into you when you're ovulating, it's possible to get pregnant. Ovulation happens before you have your menstrual bleeding (period).

It is possible, but not probable. And you can still have your period all the way through your pregnancy. It just isn't likely.
