UPenn and Catholic are top schools. If you want smaller, Marymount University in Arlington, VA. You bet an RN after two years, and can get a BSN in four. Your clinicals start first semster of your first year.

That depends on what you consider "top". Does that mean cheapest, best curriculum, highest pass rates on the board, accredited with multiple places, highest average GPA of students? What?
