Gatorade is just a sports drink. It was made for athletes to keep hydrated because it contains salt. They come in different fruity flavors, and a lot of people drink it when they're sick. It's not a medicine or anything. It's pretty popular in the U.S. though.
It's not fizzy at all. My mom always bought it for us when we were sick with the flu. It's good for keeping you hydrated. It doesn't taste bad, but it's not great either.

Gatorade is a Sports drink, now drunk by many, its made believe it or not by Quaker Oats, a company actually owned by Pepsi. Go to e-bay and buy in bulk, its cheaper, good luck.

Gatorade is an energy drink made to improve athletic dehydration. You could probably find it in the United States or Canada, but not in the U.K. Try the internet, like at www.wal-mart.com or something like that.

(or, one could say that Lucozade Sport is the British version of Gatorade!)
Not WIDELY available in London, but it should be found with other sport drinks.
