Classic missionary would seem to be best. Also, evidence seems to support increased odds of becoming pregnant if you climax at the same time or just after him. This causes cervex to "dip" into sperm pool. Have fun!

Missionary with a pillow under your butt and stay there for a good 20mins after as gravity (they say) will kick in and helps the sperms half the way they need to go.....Doggie I heard wasnt as good as can still loose potential babys on exit of da man!

doggy style or missionary is the best and i'd definitely stay laying down for 20-30 minutes

There isnt one although you will get alot of people that will name them off anyway. There is a best time however...10-14 after the last day of you period.
