A knife. With a knife I could do just about everything I would need to survive
-make a system to catch rain water for freshwater
-Make a shelter (and eventually a boat)
-Catch and prepare food
-Make a fire
- make the writting utensils I will need to catalog my survival on the island
- Make a coconut wife for those cold and lonely nights....

I always said that if I had to be trapped on an island I would want my brother, just my brother. He's different then most people I meet or probably will ever meet. He sees the inside of my soul. I never met anyone who loved me unconditionally, but his love was always unconditional. He was my best friend. I have been hurt by so many people, but not him. I know that most people describe their soul mate as a spouse, but I truly believe that he was my soul mate. We were supposed to be brother and sister forever, but I am sad to say that he' gone and I'm still here without him. Since he's all I need on the island, I'm truly lost. Maybe I could bring a photo album and a solar power c.d. player with all his favorite songs and groups. If I had a tape recording of his laughter I would be set. Great question.

that depends, If you mean like ONE bottle of water vs having your one ture love? I would say I could not live with out my true love, but I would not want to have her stuck with me, knowing that we were going to die, with no frsh water, unknowing if there are any food source so I would have to say I would take the bottle water on a Island only because love last for ever and if I ever get off the island there will be no harm no fowl............

Some sort of tool. You do without just about anything... I mean anything.
You cannot do without some sort of tool perhpas a knife, an axe, or a hammer. Your chance of surviving in that island is far greater with one of the aforementioned tools.

Friends.because with aut friends alone a very long time you can go nuts.And my family 2, because I can find food and fresh water I can eat fruits and find places with fresh water from the rain.
