Chances are your head is tilting to one side instead of looking straight over. When you are throwing your hands over your head... make sure that you follow your hands! Never mind the ceiling. You need to watch your hands from the second you throw them upward until you land back on your feet. Just follow your hands. If you are seeing your hands go over then you will either straighten out or see why it is that you are going crooked because the only other cause of that would be throwing one arm harder than the other. The way to fix this is by tieing your hands together (shoulder width apart) and doing a backhandspring like this. It keeps you from throwing your hands too far away from each other.

probability is your head is tilting to one part instead of observing at as quickly as over. once you're throwing your palms over your head... verify you basically adjust to your palms! not at all strategies the ceiling. think ofyou've have been given to observe your palms from the 2d you throw them upward until eventually at last you land returned on your feet. basically adjust to your palms. once you're seeing your palms omit then you definitely'll the two straighten out or see why it somewhat is which you're going crooked provided that the single diverse purpose of which would be throwing one arm greater problematic than the alternative. The attitude to repair this is by utilising way of tieing your palms mutually (shoulder width aside) and doing a backhandspring like this. It maintains you from throwing your palms too a methods sparkling of each and every diverse.
