I have a hard time finding cute ballet flats for under 25 or 30 dollars. Most of them are like 60! So does anyone have any recommendations?

PayLess Walmart or Target they have alot of different types less than 15 dollars

I just bought some from target and they were about $30. I got some red ones, Black ones, and a lepord print. But try target and Old Navy and Ross. Hope this helps.

Target used to have really cute ones for like $20...I haven't looked lately, so I don't know if they still have them, but you may want to try there.

Payless has these really cute ballerina flats in black and/or red. The price is really good too, $10.00!!

try payless and target - they have some great looking shoes for not such a huge price - even at old navy and the gap sometimes.

I was having that problem too! I got mine at Ross for $13, and they would probably have been $40-45 elsewhere. Check there : )
