The fuel filter for your van is located on the passenger side, just underneath the rail, near the back tire.

This vehicle doe not have an external fuel filter. The filter is attached to and part of the fuel pump module in the fuel tank.
The fuel pumps fail quite often on these vehicles. If you have someone crank the engine and bang on the bottom of the fuel tank this will sometimes allow the vehicle to start. You will then have to replace the pump assembly if that's the problem.

Follow your fuel lines from the tank, under the vehicle, will probably need quick dis connect tool to take off.

Under the vehicle along the frame, I think on the left side about where the drivers door is? Be careful when removing, as some gas will come out under pressure.
