I beleive Heliopolis is the best district of Cairo. Traffic in Nasr city is horrible. The architecture and streets planning in Heliopolis is better. Just try not to live near the presidental house.
To be close to Nasr city try to find a house in Orouba street or nearby.

Heliopolis is a dusty part of town due to the airport. Why not find somewhere decent in Nasr City?

In general Heliopolis is better than Nasr City... BUT

It's always better that the work is as close as possible to home (lunch breaks at home, fast to go to office if woke up late, can sleep later at night if wanted as no need to wake up so early to 'trave' to office)...

Nasr city is also very good place to live in... Look for your husband's comfort...

Heliopolis
it is very classy
Nasser city is good but the traffic is so bad and Heliopolis is not far from Nasser city but Nasser city is dusty because the airport is closer to it from the back way
as advice don't take a flat in the 1st or 2ND floor that's will be very dusty

Wherever you will be, if you will not think about God, Krishna you will feel yourself like in the hell, but if you worship God, meditate on Him and thus take shelter of Him in every step of your life you will feel yourself like in the heaven even in the most hellish place.

Please, chant Hare Krishna and be happy.
