It's not that I really want anyone killing anyone else. It's mainly just to prove that I am right about how I think it will start and how I think it will end. When it happens the left will finally see it was wrong all along about who the real villain(s) in the world is(are).

World War 4, if you please. I simply stated WW3 due to the lack of most people calling the cold war WW3.

Thank you leftists, for the evrflowing hateful comments about me needing a brain. It never comes down to anything more than you think you are smarter than a conservative. Hence my question.

While I can agree with the main point of your question, I certainly can't agree with the way you expressed it. Somewhat reminiscent of Ann Coulter who totally nullifies whatever sound conservative doctrine she espouses with the hateful, irresponsible ones. That being said I believe we ARE now and have been in WWIII. I would challenge anyone that believes that the nature of WWIII by definition must be fought with any prescribed weapons and tactics. Doing this is merely allowing speculation from the past to define the present. What defines a world war is that all continents are involved in some way or another. Since the 70's islamic radicals have been committing acts of terrorism throughout the entire world. Israel has been fighting battles of that war since 1968. We have since the time the first marine stepped foot in Lebanon in '82, or even in '76. This has been a steadily escalating war which finds allies in Afghanistan and Iraq, and Israel engaged with Hezbollah in Lebanon at the present time. Clearly the matter isn't close to being settled and many more players are yet to enter. We have ahmadinejad of Iran visiting North Korea recently while continuing to threaten Israel with nuclear weapons, and North Korea plays it's silly game with the U.S. We have Hugo Chavez exchanging pleasantries with Iran as well. How can anyone deny that this is truly the early stages of global conflict eg. world war. I will make no predictions about when or if it will result in a nuclear exchange but it certainly seems we are all walking on thin ice. As for the political ramifications here in the U.S., I don't believe any world event will convince the left of anything. They are ideologically driven individuals only concerned with achieving their goals, not in revelations of truth. The fact is, they are just another of the various factions in the world posing a threat to our way of life. Without question those promoting world wide socialism are firmly behind the islamo-fascist movement. Their tactics including their use of propaganda are identical. In this they show their true colors. For years the radical left have labeled conservatives fascists and nazis. What they always fail to note is that nazis were national socialists. National socialists who were also bent on exterminating jews. The connection is clear for any thinking person with a clear understanding of history. So...You don't have to wait for WWIII....it is here....to put it in a historical time frame, the Japanese are about to invade Nanking and Hitler Poland.

Oil, baby. If we do not get a grip on our oil consumption then WW III could be very possible. China, especially, is going to continue to increase their oil use as they are going through an economic boom, for them. It has been thought that China could possibly give nuclear weapons to Iran in exchange for oil if it ever came down to that. Let's not hope so.

I am not a tree hugger, but the best thing we can do is limit our oil dependency and most of the Middle East will have to find something else to do. The only way we "win" the War on Terror is by making sure the whole world uses less oil. The Clinton Era is exactly why we had 9/11. The deficit was great, but nobody was watching our enemies. Clinton also knew that an attack was imminent, but wanted to be popular instead. Well at least it got him a gig on Oprah. We absolutely need to continue to spend as much money as possible watching terrorist organizations, not just the Middle East, but all over the world. It sucks, but a fact of life.

World War 3 or 4 will not happen the way you see it. We have been having many "smaller" wars around the world since the last global one.
However; due to the development of technology we know very well (even the craziest of fanatics do) that another global war would mean a total annihilation, a real armageddon caused by man.
A no win situation where nobody would even know who had won, depriving the all parties of the main pleasure sought by mlitary leaders, the victory, since nobody would survive.
Due to this simple fact we have enjoyed a relative peace.
Futhermore; I also know that there is a higher power (call it what you may) observing the life on this planet that would not allow a complete destruction of their creation.
;-)

You must have no clue what war is like? You must have seen way to many movies or figure your a girl and dont get drafted.

Do you understand who we are going to war with? N. Korea, and the middle east, dont you think other countries will attack?

Watch the movie Pearl Harbor, other then the hot guys in it or cool fighter planes.... The left is already proven wrong, and the war started on 9/11/01, but the main attack will begin soon and the left will just blame it on Bush like they do with everything else..."why didnt you go in earlier, why didnt you bomb them?"

WW3 ? do u know how awful it will be...anyway I dont want to argue about this, because this a long topic, so in short I`ll tell you, that if begins you will be the first one flying away (escaping) to a country that there is no war, so for my conclusion I think you should think before you say " I can`t wait for World War 3", you want war ?? come to Palestine, or Lebanon....so god bless you and give you some brains

WW III began on Sept. 11, 2001. It is called the War on Terror. It isn't the nuclear war that was predicted during the Cold War.

If WWIII is defined as a large-scale nuclear exchange, I hope it never happens.

I fear the world is in for something big in the war category, though.

I hope I'm wrong.
