Since people pierce ears all of the times could we evolve into people with pierced ears at birth?

And they will all have bottles or pacifiers hanging out of their mouths and boys will be pre-circumcized.

Pierced ears is not evolution, but possibly going into other direction. If nature intended for women to wear earrings, girls already would be born with holes. And gay guys as well..

It's possible. Technology is already so advanced today, Imagine the future! I mean, they are ALREADY working on trying to "design your own baby".
In the near future, you will be able to choose you baby's eye color, hair color, gender, etc. So ear piercing is possible, too.
I personally think that it stupid, though. Why the hell would you alter your fetus's physical appearance? If it is meant to have brown eyes, for example, why make them blue? That's really stupid, selfish, and shallow! Let your child be who he or she really is. Let nature take care of their appearance.

Hope not. I don't believe in markng a child when they are not old enough to make a sensible decision for themselves. Let them grow up and decide if they want tattoos and piercings.

In a word No because we place the hole in the ear and it is not related to the genetics that are pasted on in repoduction.

no because that can't just become a gene, there is no need for it. the only time we evolve is when there is a need for the change. it would be a birth defect like dimples if it happened.
