what weight dumbell for bicep curls, bench press, etc...
p.s. - I'm 140 lbs.

You should be able to bench press 1 1/2 times your body weight. That would be 210 pounds. You should be able to leg press about 4 times your body weight, or 560 pounds. you should be able to curl from 45 pounds to 90 pounds.

Your weight is adequate for bench press.

at least your own body weight if you can lift more than that thats good
