Usually, it's about six to eight weeks. There are other symptoms that go with it, though. You'll continue to feel bloated, and you'll be REALLY tired. Those are the main ones that indicate that you've been, well, fertilized.
If you're throwing up due to pregnancy, though, that means that you have enough HCG in your urine for confirmation from a home pregnancy test.
But, don't freak out. Morning sickness isn't puking just once and then feeling better. Morning sickness is something that makes you want to puke, all day, everyday, for the duration of your first trimester (if not longer).
I would think about what you ate last night, too. If you ate chicken, you may have gotten a hold of some chicken McSalmonella.

I was around 5 or 6 weeks. I already knew I was pregnant at the time. My morning sickness was more of an all day thing. It started fading out after around 12 weeks but I never ate meat because it made me sick. Then after I had my son everything was back to normal again :)

Took me between 3-4 weeks and didn't stop until the pregnancy was over >.<. Everyone is different though. I suspected I was pregnant when I vomited because of tooth brushing. That had never happened before, and I was brushing the front teeth, not my tongue.

With everybody it's different. It took me exactly one month to throw up, but I felt like I had the flue or something about 5 days before that. I've been pregnant 5 times and the last time it was twins.

Usually ,the more you have the sooner it can come. Its normal to start having symptoms 4 to 6 weeks out but you can really have it as little as 2.
