Maybe one based on her favorite TV show, or the theme of her favorite show . Or get cake decorating supplies and have a friend (or professional decorator--try Wilton or your local grocery store bakery if you don't know anyone) come over to show the girls techniques. Have a cake decorating contest. Take lots of pix, of course. Have a prize for the most creative, most sporty, prettiest. Take the cakes to a homeless shelter or nursing home (with permission first, of course).
Or take them to a thrift store and see which team can create the best outfit (that they would actually wear!).

it depends on what kind of things she likes..idk..that show "sweet 16" could u give u theme ideas. u could go by a tv show she likes, or what she likes to do
