OMFG, that man is driving me crazy. I work for a manufacturer and i am launching the offroad division. I brought in 10 MX skidplates for production, now he claims I never gave them to him. I can understand misplacing one but 10. ***** guy!
I am just glad i took pics of each item, IN HIS OFFICE!
This man runs 4 factories and has been in buisness for ove 25 years, yet looks at me straight faced and says, "you never brought me these items"

This guys the worst. So he calls me in after lunch and he forgot he sent them out. I got the info from our shipping logs. As clueless as he is, he is very wealthy, how the hell do they do that? Even after the meetinghe still does not remember sending them out to the factory, i think maybe he's getting oldtimers (alzheimers).
either that or he needs to stay outta the bottle of crown royal during work hours, no more 3 hr lunch trips to the message parlor with a happy ending for him. I'll write him up, i don't care if he is the owner.

Get him to sign for everything you give him from now on...then he might get the picture. How can he be successful if he's such a twit?
Is he trying to find ways to fire you that will get him away from the unfair practice suit that a labor board could slap on him if he lets you go for no reason? Sounds like he wants to show incompetence here...perhaps searching for a new position with another company might not be a bad idea :)
Good luck with this...perhaps he is suffering from amnesia or something. Maybe getting out before he forgets you are an employee who has earned a paycheck...migh be wise.

Go ahead and shank him!!!! The feeling you will get after its been done will carry you through many a dark hour as you serve your prison term. You will draw upon that feeling time and time again.
Just kidding. Honestly, I think you should show him the pics and tell him that you took them because of past experiences. Also, if he's running 4 factories perhaps he's overwhelmed and you could take your issues up with his assistant or the manager below him. They may be able to provide you some guidence.
