An amino acid. It helps in processing protein. Yes, it could help in healing a wound as far as providing the necessary protein for skin repair.

Acetyl choline is involved in memory. I think Carnitine is in your digestive system.

But know that when you take a supplement for one thing, you are potentially putting something else out of balance. I'd see a naturopathic doctor if you were planning on taking this.
