chemical pregnancy is when the embryo doesnt is made but does not attach to the uterus so you misscarry early. They call it a chemical pregnancy because usually the only thing that will be nouticed is a low hcg count.

If you mean a chemical abortion, you do get very very sick for the duration of the treatment. Some people can't hold food down for a week. If you mean a hysterical pregnancy, you get all the regular pregnancy symptoms, and some women even lactate.

If you mean something like invitro, then yes. Pregnancy is pregnancy. You have a fetus growing inside you and your body will change and react, causing symptoms.
