You want to look at a number and lodge a complaint? There are numbers everywhere.... almost every building you look at has a number on it... there are all sorts of numbers on car license plates... you could just stand on any street corner, and look at all the license plates passing by all the buildings with numbers on them...
somehow I don't think looking at numbers will help you any, but that's what you asked for...

You can try the hospital that the Dr. practices at ....Youll want the Ombudsman or patient rights advocate they can help you.Theyll take your complaint over the phone or in person. If he doesnt practice at any hospitals (most DR have rights to certain hospitals) You can still can an Ombudsman and ask for the medical board number in your area.

American Medical Association or a lawyer if you are planning to sue. they have now made a statue of limitations on the amount of time you can sue for damages, so if you are planning to do it, the sooner the better.
